Terms of Service

How Afipal’s free early-access waitlist works, what you are responsible for, and what to expect from us.

Last updated: 2026-11-06

1. The service

Afipal (“Afipal”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and its early-access waitlist. We are building a growth network that connects founders and creators through trusted recommendations. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The current public service lets you submit a product, business or creator presence, review a draft prepared from public information, and join the waitlist. Joining is free. It does not start a subscription or purchase, reserve a founding-cohort place, or guarantee access, a partnership or earnings. Future paid services and collaborations will have their own terms before you choose to use them.

2. Who can submit

Submit information about yourself or a product, business or creator you are authorised to represent. You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision where required. If you act for a business or another person, you must have the authority to do so.

Use accurate information, a contact email you control and public links you are entitled to submit. Do not send passwords, private verification links, confidential material or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

3. Your information and AI drafts

You keep your rights in the information and content you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to retrieve relevant public pages, store and process submitted information and images, and use service providers to prepare, review and manage your early-access request. This permission is limited to operating the service; it does not transfer ownership of your content to Afipal.

Automated tools and AI can misread a page or produce inaccurate or incomplete details. Review your draft and correct anything that is wrong before confirming it. Public-source availability can depend on the original website or platform. Joining the waitlist does not automatically publish your draft as a public profile.

4. Review and early access

We review submissions and may ask for clarification, correct a draft, decline a submission or limit access to protect people and the service. Submission approval and an early-access invitation are separate. Approval does not mean that the full platform is available or that a paid feature has been activated.

Invitation timing depends on eligibility, product readiness and capacity. Referral progress may affect priority among otherwise eligible submissions, but it does not bypass review or guarantee an invitation date.

5. Referrals and promotional credits

Where available, our referral program termsexplain how referrals qualify, the credit tiers and early-access priority. Credits are promotional, non-cash and non-transferable; they are not money held for you and do not create a right to a cash payment.

Referral progress can accumulate before your own submission is approved. Using credits requires Afipal’s approval of your submission and remains subject to the eligible services and activation terms described in the referral terms. Share invitations respectfully. Self-referrals, duplicate submissions, manipulation and unsolicited bulk messages are not allowed.

6. Acceptable use

  • Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and legal rights.
  • Do not impersonate someone else or submit unlawful or misleading material.
  • Do not bypass access controls, misuse private links, disrupt the service or send spam.
  • Do not manipulate submissions or referrals to obtain an unfair benefit.

We may restrict requests, remove information or stop access to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and let you contact us to resolve it. Urgent restrictions may be necessary to protect people or the service.

7. Messages and private links

We use your contact email for verification, submission and approval updates, referral progress, support and early-access invitations. These messages relate to the request you make. Any separate optional marketing will be handled with the choices required by applicable law.

Keep verification and private referral-progress links secure. Someone with a working private progress link can view its aggregate progress. A public invite link is intended to be shared. Contact us if a private link has been exposed or you want to leave the waitlist.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but this early-access service can change and may be interrupted. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free drafts or particular commercial results. Third-party websites and platforms have their own rules and availability.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for our own failures where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and ending your participation

You can contact us to correct your submission or request removal from the waitlist. We may change or end the free waitlist as the product develops. Existing referral evidence remains subject to the applicable referral terms and eligibility review.

We will update the date above when these terms change and give appropriate notice of material changes affecting existing participants. We will seek agreement where the law requires it. Changes do not remove statutory rights.

10. Contact

Questions, problems or requests about these terms can be sent through our contact form. Please include the public product or creator link and use the email address associated with your submission where possible.
